Braised Pork
Braised Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean boneless pork, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 6 garlic cloves, minced and 2 tbsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut pork about 1 1/2-inch cube size.
Wash and dry pork. Place meat in a covered stock-pot.
Add all ingredients except water.
Stir and add water.
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes to 1 hour and liquid reduced to approximately 1 cup.
Serve over rice.
