Braised Beef
Braised Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean beef chuck or rump, cut in cubes, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 2 tbsp. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coat beef cubes with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in hot Wesson oil.
Add celery and onion; brown lightly.
Add remaining ingredients, including remaining seasoned flour; stir well.
Cover and cook over low heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve with hot noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
