Braised Beef
Braised Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. bacon fat, 2 lb. cut up stew beef, 3 large onions, sliced, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In Dutch oven pan, melt bacon fat and fry onions lightly.
Add meat.
When meat is browned, add remaining ingredients.
Pour 2 cups of boiling water over this.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. The meat comes out very tender with a nice brown gravy.
