Melt oleo in large saucepan.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Let cool until lukewarm.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla; combine dry ingredients and gradually mix into saucepan. Add chips and nuts.
Spread batter over greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
