Black Bean Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained, 1 (12 oz.) jar hot or medium mexican style salsa, 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 tsp. cumin and 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In food processor or blender, roughly chop the beans.
Be careful not to puree them.
Stir in all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
