Cream butter and sugar well.
Add yolks and flour.
Make small balls.
Dip into egg whites.
Bake 8 minutes at 350Β°.
Take out. Press with thumb in middle.
Put back into oven for 10 more minutes.
Fill middle with raspberry jam.
