Betty's Frosted Brownies
Betty'S Frosted Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 sticks lite margarine, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
Melt margarine, cocoa and water over medium heat until it bubbles or boils just a little.
Mix together the skim milk, lemon juice, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix flour mixture and margarine-cocoa mixture. Add other mixture to chocolate mixture (will be thin).
Spray a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with Pam.
Pour in brownies; bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
