Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melted margarine. Add nuts.
Press 1/2 of mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Melt caramels and blend 1/3 cup evaporated milk into caramels.
Pour over cake mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel.
Crumble rest of cake mix on top.
Bake another 20 minutes.
