Bernice's Peanut Butter Cookies
Bernice'S Peanut Butter Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peanut butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, blend peanut butter, sugar, eggs and baking soda with a spoon until smooth.
Do not beat.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for approximately 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Then, continue to cool on wax paper.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
