Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. butter, 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 small clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut meat into strips; dust with peppered flour.
In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add drained mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
Stir in beef broth.
Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Gradually stir in sour cream.
Cover over low heat 5 minutes.
Do not boil.
Serve over noodles or rice.
