Beef Kabobs
Beef Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. trimmed top sirloin, 1/2 c. dry white wine, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. each red wine vinegar and coarse grain mustard and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut trimmed sirloin into 1 inch cubes.
Combine: white wine, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and sugar.
Put beef in a plastic bag; add marinade.
Close bag, marinate for 30 minutes.
Pour off marinade, reserve.
Thread 4 to 5 beef cubes onto each of 4 skewers.
Broil or grill 10 to 13 minutes, turn and brush with reserved marinade occasionally.
