Beef Barbecue
Beef Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chuck roast, 1 catsup bottle of water, 1 scant tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 bottle catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place chuck roast in roasting pan and add all of the above ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for 3 hours.
Add water, if necessary, to prevent scorching.
After roast is finished and cooled, pull apart and shred with fingers.
Remove fat, gristle and bone.
(I usually double the recipe and freeze half of it for future use. The recipe feeds eight hungry guests.)
