Beef Barbecue
Beef Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chuck roast, 1 1/2 c. water, 2 lb. ground beef, 4 onions and 2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chuck roast and water overnight in crock-pot on high until falling apart.
Let cool and remove all fat.
Shred beef and return to crock-pot using 2 cups of liquid the beef was cooked in.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
Add ground beef and remaining ingredients to shredded beef mixing thoroughly.
Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
Serve on buns.
Makes 24 sandwiches.
