Beef and Cabbage Soup
Beef And Cabbage Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. top round, cubed, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4 c. water, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 4 c. shredded cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium skillet over medium heat, saute beef cubes in oil until dark brown.
Add water, soy sauce, 3 cups cabbage, onion, bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, potatoes (both kinds) and ketchup.
Cover and cook on low heat, 6 to 8 hours.
Before serving, heat again on high heat.
Add the 1 cup of cabbage left. Serve.
