Bavarian Mint Coffee
Bavarian Mint Coffee is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1 c. instant coffee, 1/2 c. cocoa and 8 hard peppermint candies, broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend all ingredients on high until blended.
Yield: 4 cups. Place 1-2 Tbsp. in coffee cup; add 6 oz. boiling water.
For extra flavor serve with peppermint or cinnamon stick.
If desired add brandy or rum to taste.
