Basic Crepes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/3 c milk and 2 tbsp veg. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth.
Let batter set for 1 hour.
Next, oil a 7-inch (or 5) crepe pan and heat it until a drop of water sizzles when dropped (use about 3 Tbsp of batter). Add all at once, turning and tilting pan to cover area.
Turn crepe when browned.
Remove when done.
