Barbecued Shrimp
Barbecued Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. medium shrimp, rinsed well, but not peeled, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 pkg. good seasons garlic dressing mix, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Use a large flat baking pan covered with foil (seems to work best).
Put shrimp in pan.
Mix all other ingredients, except the butter, and put over shrimp.
Cut the butter in squares and lay over the top of shrimp.
Bake, covered, at 375Β° until done (approximately 40 minutes; stir every 10 minutes).
