Barbecued Beef
Barbecued Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast, 4 beef bouillon cubes, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place roast in a slow cooker.
Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
Add enough water to cover meat by 1 inch.
Cover and cook on low for 24 hours.
Remove meat and drain in colander. Save liquid for soup stock.
Remove all fat, bone and gristle from meat.
Tear meat apart.
Place back in slow cooker.
Add barbecue sauce and mix well.
Return to cooker and heat through.
Makes 8 to 10 hamburger bun sandwiches.
May be frozen.
