Combine all ingredients, except sausage, in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Cut each sausage link every 2-inches with diagonal slits halfway through sausage. Place in 400Β° oven for 20 minutes or on grill until done.
