Barbecue Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. jumbo shrimp, washed, but left in shells, 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1 medium onion, 1/4 c. fresh parsley and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend all ingredients, then combine with shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
