Barbecue Meatballs
Barbecue Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 (16 oz.) hickory smoke barbecue sauce and 1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large crock-pot, put barbecue sauce and apricot preserves. Make small meatballs with hamburger mixed with chopped onions. Saute meatballs in cooking oil until brown on all sides.
Pour your meatballs into barbecue and preserve mixture.
Turn to low heat. Cook for 3 or 4 hours.
