Barbecue Brisket
Barbecue Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 lb. brisket, 1 bottle liquid smoke, 1 bottle worcestershire sauce, 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

brisket overnight in 1/2 bottle liquid smoke in covered in refrigerator.
Next morning, pour off liquid smoke bottle
Worcestershire sauce over meat. Season pepper, onion and celery salt.
Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275Β°.
When done, pour off most of liquid. Cover meat barbecue sauce; cover with foil and bake 1 hour more.
