Preheat oven
Put ground beef in large bowl. Fold in all ingredients.
Keep folding ground beef until the texture becomes slightly stiff.
Flatten mixture out in the bottom of a large baking pan.
Top with quartered tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle turmeric top. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with white rice and cucumber salad.
