Banana Split Salad
Banana Split Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed graham crackers, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 lb. oleo, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine graham crackers and melted butter; press into long baking dish.
Beat oleo, vanilla, eggs (one at a time) and powdered sugar until thick and smooth like icing.
Pour into crust.
Slice bananas over filling.
Press into filling.
Add pineapple and spread over bananas.
Spread large container Cool Whip over pineapple.
