Banana Ice Cream Sandwich
Banana Ice Cream Sandwich is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant banana cream pudding and pie filling, 1 1/4 c. milk, 2 c. whipped cream or topping and 16 honey graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In small mixing bowl, combine pudding and milk.
Mix on low speed of electric mixer until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream or topping. Spread 1/2 cup pudding mixture on 8 crackers.
Top with remaining crackers.
Freeze until firm.
