Place Ritz crackers on ungreased cookie sheet.
Squeeze a small amount of Pizza Sauce on each cracker and spread over entire cracker surface with a spoon.
Sprinkle cheese and pepper over crackers.
Add other toppings and spices as desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is browned.
