Baked Vidalia Onions
Baked Vidalia Onions is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large vidalia onions, beef bouillon granules and low-fat butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel onions and slice in 2 or 3 thick slices (at least 3/4 inch thick).
Place slices in buttered baking dish flat side up. Cover each slice with at least 1 heaping tablespoon of beef bouillon granules.
Top with a pat of butter.
(Be sure you put a heavy coating of granules on the slice.
This gives the wonderful flavor.)
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
