Brown ground beef or sausage, onion and garlic in large skillet or saucepan.

Add spaghetti sauce, water and oregano.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 1 cup of sauce to cooked shells.

Spread 1/2 of shell sauce mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Top with 1/2 of cheese mixture and 1/2 of remaining sauce.

Repeat, ending with sauce.

Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.

When mixture is hot and bubbly, remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes.
