Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar; add egg and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tins half full. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Melt butter. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. When muffins are done, remove from tins and roll in melted butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
