Baked Cheese Fondue
Baked Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bread, cut crusts off and cut slices into cubes, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 c. milk and dash of cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put layer of cheese and layer of bread in large casserole dish.
Continue layers, ending with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt (pepper and Worcestershire sauce).
Beat until well mixed.
Pour liquid over layers and allow to stand at least 10 hours in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour prior to baking time.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Serves 7 or 8 people.
