Baked-Barbecued Shrimp
Baked-Barbecued Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. shrimp, 2 sticks butter, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Head shrimp.
Wash and drain.
Line bottom of flat pan with shrimp.
Melt butter; add salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, oregano and crab boil.
Pour over shrimp and bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake or shells will stick to shrimp.
May be prepared in microwave, but must be stirred frequently so all the shrimp cook evenly.
Serve with tossed salad, French bread and large, absorbent napkins.
