Avocado-Shrimp Salad
Avocado-Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut up, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 garlic clove, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

For dressing, in a blender container combine avocado, buttermilk, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Arrange shrimp, tomatoes and cheese strips over lettuce.
If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Drizzle with dressing.
Makes 6 main dish servings.
