Autumn Soup
Autumn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round beef, 2 c. chopped onion, 2 qt. hot water, 2 c. carrots, cut up and 2 c. celery, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef.
Add chopped onions and cook 5 minutes more.
Drain.
Add water, vegetables, salt, pepper, beef bouillon, bay leaves, basil and tomatoes.
