Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with asparagus, drained, c. grated cheddar, c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, english or early peas and mushroom soup, diluted with 1 can water and warmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Put asparagus into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and half of cheese on top.
Pour diluted, warmed mushroom soup over this.
Do not stir.
Pour peas and then add remainder of cheese in next layer.
Then add remaining bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until brown, about 20 minutes.
