Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with crushed ritz crackers, grated cheddar cheese, (large) asparagus (reserve liquid from 1 can), cream of mushroom soup (mix soup with liquid reserved and set aside) and c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place layer of crumbs in bottom of greased casserole dish. Layer with cheese.
Layer 1 can of asparagus and 1/2 of soup and liquid mixture on top.
Repeat layers.
Reserve some cheese and cracker crumbs for topping.
Pour melted butter over topping. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
