Asparagus Caesar
Asparagus Caesar is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lbs. fresh asparagus, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 cup +2 tbsp. lemon juice, paprika and lemon slices (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook asparagus in a small amount of water 6-8 minutes or until crisp tender; drain.
Place asparagus in a 12x8x2 baking dish.
Combine butter and lemon juice; pour over asparagus. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over asparagus.
Place under broiler until browned.
Garnish with lemon, if desired.
