Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with artichoke hearts (13 oz.), c. grated parmesan cheese, c. mayonnaise, . grated or shredded mozzarella cheese and green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Chop up artichoke hearts.
Mix all together and bake at 400Β° until bubbly (gets a little brown on top, too).
Bake about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with dippers.
You need to have fairly firm crackers.
Triscuits or Wheat Thins work well.
(I usually use fresh Parmesan cheese, not the canned.
It's tastier!)
