👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Beat eggs; add flour, salt and sugar, sifted together.

Beat 5 minutes or more.

Add milk; beat 5 minutes longer.

Melt butter in skillet.

Pour in butter. Sprinkle batter evenly with grated apples.

Bake in 425° oven for 8 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 to 18 minutes longer, until pancake is puffed and golden.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and confectioners sugar.

Cut in wedges and serve with jam or preserves.
