Mix sugars, butter and dates in large pot and bring to boil. Add vanilla flavoring to this mixture.
Mix Rice Krispies, coconut and nuts in a large bowl.
Pour the sugar mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll into balls and coat with 4x sugar.
