Aloha Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup margarine or butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup mashed ripe bananas and 4 cups flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, mixing well.
Add the mashed bananas and flour, sifted together with the baking powder, soda and salt. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Bake in two greased 9 x 5 loaf pans in 350Β° oven for one hour and 10 minutes.
