7-Up Party Salad
7-Up Party Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can 7-up (3/4 c.), 1/4 lb. small marshmallows, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jell-o, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature) and 1 can crushed pineapple (undrained 2 1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in pan and cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

Pour in lightly oiled dish. Refrigerate until firm.
