Vegetarian Chili
Vegetarian Chili is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with large onion, chopped, garlic, minced, c. green pepper, chopped, . fresh mushrooms, cut bite size and c. sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until soft.
Add mushrooms and carrots.
Saute 3 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients. Add jalapeΓ±os, Worcestershire and Pic-a-Pepper sauce to taste. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Uncover and simmer for 10 minutes. Taste for spice (hotness).
Serve in bowls and top with your choice of cheese.
