Strawberry Chiffon Pie

Made with c. fresh strawberries, (3 oz.) box strawberry jell-o, c. sugar, eggs, well beaten and (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (pet or carnation), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together the strawberries, Jell-O, sugar and eggs.
Boil over hot heat for 5 minutes.
Chill.
Pour evaporated milk into a large bowl.
Place in freezer until crystals form around the bowl. Beat with mixer until stiff.
Fold in cold mixture.
Mix well. Place in graham cracker crusts and chill.
