Salmon Noodle Romanoff is an moderately easy Omani pasta dish. Made with 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained and 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare noodles.
Add to salmon, mushrooms, cottage cheese, onions and dill weed.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole. Top with cheese.
