Rosemary's Macaroni and Cheese
Rosemary'S Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 2 c. macaroni, 1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/2 to 3/4 stick oleo, almost 1 whole can evaporated milk and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Fill a 2-quart pan half full of water.
Add salt (to make it boil).
When water boils, add macaroni.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the water is almost gone.
Do not drain.
Cheese sauce (in different pan)
Place small amount of milk in pan; stir in dry mustard until dissolved.
Add cheese and rest of milk.
Place on low heat; stir often until cheese and butter have melted.
Add to cooked macaroni.
