Roast Beef in Crock-Pot
Roast Beef In Crock-Pot is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 (4 to 5 lb.) eye of round or rump roast, 2 pkg. lipton dry onion soup mix, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1 can tomato soup (undiluted) and 1 soup can hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Trim fat from roast.
Place into crock-pot.
Add dry soup mix, mushroom soup, tomato soup and water.
(I find it easier to mix the ingredients before pouring over roast.)
Turn crock-pot on high until cooking well.
Turn to low and let cook 10 to 12 hours, or until desired doneness.
