In a very large bowl or dishpan, combine cereal, raisins and nuts.

In a double boiler, melt together chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter.

Stir in vanilla and pour over cereal mixture. Put 10x sugar in an unscented large white kitchen garbage bag. Add the mixture and shake until all is coated well.

Keeps well in Tupperware.
