Pasta Romano
Pasta Romano is an impressive pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with extra large black olives, garlic cloves, sliced, c. dried tomato, . sour cream and pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Slice olives into rings; saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
Add wine and tomato (cut into pieces).
Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Add creams and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes slowly.
Add grated cheese.
Pour over pasta immediately.
Do not prepare ahead of time!!
