Orange Tofu(Great For Toddlers) is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 lb. firm or extra firm tofu, rinsed, drained and cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 1 tsp. safflower oil or butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce, 1 orange, freshly juiced and 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute tofu cubes in oil or butter for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add tamari and ginger and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add orange juice and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve over Texmati brown rice.
