Nachos
Nachos is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 46 minutes. Made with corn tortillas, oil for deep frying, c. refried beans, c. shredded jack cheese and guacamole, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
Deep fry wedges in oil until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Paint each wedge with about 1 teaspoon refried beans.
Place on heatproof serving platter.
Top with shredded cheese.
Place in hot oven or under broiler just long enough to melt cheese.
Top each chip with 1 teaspoon of guacamole, then 1/2 teaspoon sour cream.
Place a few pieces of diced tomato on top.
Place more guacamole in center of platter. Serve with green and red chile sauce on the side.
